    Wa are looking for an application similar to Voxer, WEchat or similar

    This is a Walkie Talkie application for smartphones. Voxer lets you to send instant audio, text and photo messages to friends (one or more!) within a buddy list. Messages stream live as you talk and your friends join you live or listen later.

    Main Target for this application is iPhone and iPad, iPod and Mac will eventually come later.

    Budget around 1000USD, we may ask you for a simple demo application o show us your skills before definitely giving the work to complete. It must cover all necessary licenses that might be needed. Integration with open source pieces are allowed. Complete documentation and source code shall be made available after final system acceptance, and before final payment.
